How do I add extra agents?
The account is created under the Real Estate companies name. To add agents operating
under the company, simply go to your home page (your homepage opens once you have
logged in) and add agents. You can add/remove agents or edit details at any time.
Where do I upload my properties and any media rich content
such as video, photos, sound files etc?
Once you create an account your password will be emailed to you together with log
in link which will activate your account. Once you have logged in you will be directed
to your homepage where you you can can upload/remove/edit any content including
property listings and your details.
Can property uploads be automated?
Yes. Property uploads can be automated from any support software such as Hubonline,
My Desktop, Renet etc via an XML feed.Click here

Is the content of the site current?
If automation is not set up then agents are required to update their details monthly,
to ensure that properties that have been sold, or withdrawn, are no longer displayed.
Where are my listings displayed?
Listings are displayed on this website and on reim.mobi which is the mobile phone
version of this website. You will have a QR code as well as mobile phone URL generated
for every property which is used to access the property on reim.mobi..
What is a QR Code?
QR codes are two dimensional barcodes which can be displayed on any print media
and on webpages to instantly access the property video and photographs from reim.mobi
from a compatible mobile phone. (see your local carrier for datarates). For more

Can I upload my own property videos?
Yes. You can upload property videos when creating new listings.
Can I upload my own agent profile videos?
Yes. You can upload profile videos.
Can I create my own agent profile or property video slideshows
from existing photographs?
Yes. Your account gives you access to a slideshow generator to create your own video
slideshows.
Can I use my own recorded voiceover for the slideshow
generator?
Yes. You can use your own created sound file (mp3) and upload to the slideshow generator.
Can I display my video slideshows on other websites?
Yes. Once your property video slideshow has been created, you will be emailed the
splash page URL which you can then plug into other sites in the Virtual Tour/Video
section (subject to the site's terms and conditions).s).
What format do images need to be in?
We request image files to be in a JPEG (.jpg) format.
What format do video files need to be in?
We request image files to be in a Flash Video (.flv) format but we will also accept
.mov, .avi. mp4 and .wmv at a maximum file size of 20mb.
